I led and delivered pioneering work in the Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization space to create a new, blockchain-based, high-return alternative investment product called Tokenized Reinsurance Securities – a multi-year digital security that fully complies with United States and international laws.

It is the first financial product of its kind in the world to be offered through a subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed publicly traded company.

I coined the term “Tokenized Reinsurance Securities”, and led the product innovation, definition, and overall journey from ideation to successful delivery in only six months, amid extreme social uncertainty and black swan industry events such as the collapse of FTX, Signature Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, and others.
